Do people have long arms that reach up to their knees?

Question:

My friend and I have had this arguement a couple of days ago. Is it possible for a person to have long arms that reach up to their knees. My friend was telling me that he knew a guy whose fingers would touch his knees, I thought he was mistaken. I was under the impression that biologically that would be impossible, short of a deformity.

I can touch my knees with my fingers, while standing up. While at Dillard's shopping, a salesman in the "suits" department said I am a hard one to fit. A long torso, long legs, & long arms. :)
