As far as in a chat room I don't know of any offhand. Seems like the most active site to ask medical type questions with professionals who are online is www.justanswer.com There you can post a message and someone answers you immediately or you can have a one on one chat in a chat room type setting. I don't know of any free sites like this though.

there is a website called onlineclinic.co.uk (there may be a 'the' in front of that not sure)

you can also get prescriptions off this site.

all are from UK registered doctors and pharmacies.
