Have you ever done an at home "body wrap"? If so, did you lose any weight/inches?
Question:
Answers:
Body Wraps not only do not work, but they can be extremely hazardous.
Most common material used in Body Wraps is latex or other type of rubber, which can "trap" body's heat and temperature inside the body, causing fatal internal "overheating."
I'm not realy sure how exactly, but I do know it's because your body cannot use it's natural ways to cool off and can even damage your brain.
Although it may appear that you lost a few inches because of the pressure that you had, your body will soon expand to it's original form.
Don't use it, stick to fiber, a balanced diet, and plenty of exercise if you're trying to loose weight.
