many health food stores sell ghee.go to one and ask someone who works there. but i doubt it is good for eyes.

I don't know what site you were looking at but I am an alternative medicinal therapist and a herbal consultant and I would prescribe for you, Blueberry's, yes blueberry's. i had glaucoma,I was blind in one eye because of the pressure that builds up behind the optic nerve. I take blueberry capsules, drink the juice and eat the Berry's and take eyebright capsules. My vision is now clear it took a year of treatment.Don't waste your time on 'cows ghee' it's not been proven but my remedy is widely known by herbal practitioners and nutritional therapists

Did the site say anything about your cholesterol levels in relation to the ghee?

Woah no! DONT put this on your eyes.It's only grease and could easily carry bacteria into your eyes and cause real problems.I've heard of exercises called "The Bates Method" for improving eyesight if you don't want glasses.
