Everyone is going to say the same thing. See a doctor. Of course you are scared. Thats natural. I am going to suggest something that is kinda gross but its a good test. After you are done having a bm, and you are done wiping, take some fresh toilet paper (white, not colored or printed) and pat the hole. If it is bright red bloody then more than likely its hemorroids. But yeah, you really should see your doctor as soon as possible. Yesterday would be best. Good luck and feel better soon. You will be fine.

If the blood is bright red, that means it is most likely from a Hemmoroid or fissure. You need to eat alot of fiber and stay away from large amounts of dairy until the problem resolves. If you still have pain and blood etc.you need to have a Doctor look at it.
