Any one have any advice?

In 1999 I lost two twin boys at 4 months into the pregnancy and then in 2000 I got pregnant again but lost that baby at 5 months along. I swtiched doctors and she told me when I get pregnant again I will need a stitch to hold a baby in. I got pregnant again and this time I had a stitch at 12 weeks to hold the baby in and then was in the hospital one month before she came into the world. Then at 36 weeks I gave birth to a girl and she is 4 yrs old now. After I had her I was on Depo Prevera the birth control shot. I was messed up after getting off of the shot. Then we began trying again for #2 and went to the doctor and told I have a tyroid problem but take no meds for it. them to me. Blood work done abnormal result. Now 4 yrs later almost 5 yrs now no baby and I am worndering if all these problems are from the Depo pevera and what can we do about it? How can a person if they dont have alot of money get infertility treatment? My credit is not good so I cannot get a loan.

I don't know about the Depo shot, I have a good friend who is a doc, and I told him that I thought it just seemed abnormal to force your body to not have a period for that long. He said there's no problem with it, but I still wonder.
As far as the fertility treatments, sometimes drug manufacturers will help people who do not have insurance. Maybe you could contact your fertility doc, or family practitioner about this.

I had the depo shot. I hated it. It made my nerves bad I was anxious all the time, and I was working out to lose weight and I could not lose weight. I heard it takes a yr for the depo to get out of your system. I went ahead and waited five yrs to have my next baby anyway but I do know it takes a yr to clear out of your system.

I was on the depo shot after my first child for about 4yrs. I went off it and went on the birth control pill to regulate my period. I got pregnant with my second about half a year later with no problem. Have you tried going on the pill to regulate your body and then TTC?

I also heard that the depo shot has been taken off the market (well that's where i live, not sure about your residence, i'm in canada). This was due to side effects from the needle. Maybe you should talk to a specialist that deals with this kind of thing.
