Why am I uncomfortable so often?

Question: I can't ever sit still because I am just never comfortable. This is especially apparent in movie theatres. It really distracts me from the movie, but I can't help but squirm around in my seat because of something I can't explain. It's just uncomfortable if I don't. It's not pain, and I'm not sure if I can call it pressure either (although it might be pressure). This happens when I lie down before I sleep too; I sleep on my stomach and when I'm still fully conscious, I have to squirm around to make my ribs feel better-- same scenario as before, except instead of my back, sides, thighs, and butt that's uncomfortable, it's the torso. What's going on with me?

I don't know if your legs ever bother you, but there is a condition called Restless Legs. It doesn't hurt but you feel like you will lose your mind and start yelling if you can't move. It usually starts in the evening, riding in a car for an extended length, conference, movie, can't go to sleep or stay asleep. If you have this, see a Neurologist. The medication I had worked the first night and the first time I had a Tablet. I will take meds for the rest of my life and have been taking them for about 20 years. So what! At least I can endure these events in my life and enjoy them.
