Answers:
You can gets wrist splints at your pharmacy or Walmart, Target, etc. Typically doctors recommend a splint that will stabilize your wrist with an open space for the thumb because the actual typing motion can cause Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. If this doesn't help, check with your orthopedic doctor-- they can inject your wrist or sometimes just give you a prescription anti-inflammatory to help. Before that you may want to try taking some Aleve in addition to using a splint.
