If you haven't had any unprotected sex since your last pap smear then I wouldn't worry about it. But if you have then you need to get tested for STDs as soon as possible. Leaving STDs unchecked and untreated can put you at a higher risk for cervical and ovarian cancers, other STDS, and even worse can cause infertility problems later on down the road. But about this underwear thing. You aren't nasty and I wouldn't think you could get sores from not changing your undies. Unless of course you have an STD.
Other Answers:
depends on how dirty those underwear were or what you did in them.i would think its what happened to your vagina , not the panties you need to worry about.
THATS CALLED NOT TAKING A BATH AND YOUR VERY NASTY FOR EVEN ASKING THAT QUESTION. THINK OF HOW YOU JUST MADE YOURSELF LOOK MORON. TAKE A BATH AND GET TESTED FOR STD
I doubt that it's from not changing your underwear, unless you peed your pants and kept them on for two days. It could be herpes, I suggest going and getting a culture done while the "sore" is still evident. That's the only way to test for herpes. But if you did pee in your pants, it could be irritation from sitting in your own urine for 2 days. And fyi, it can take years from the time of exposure for some people to show signs of herpes. Alot of different things factor into that, such as stress, pregnancy/hormones, friction, hot, cold, etc. so, if I were you, I'd be headed for the clinic tomorrow.
