well i think its impossible to get ne one to admit to having a drug problem cuz they'll only do it if they think they need help. so if i were u, just point out some things that should be important to that person in his/her life and hopefully they'll relize their mistake.

Talk to them about it. Tell them how you feel, and ask them how they feel about the amount of Drugs they are taking. Communication and Trust is the key, so just don't give up, and do your best.
I don't think u can get them to openly admit it but u can influence them to get help..This 1 woman cared so much about her husband she risked him getting sent to jail so he would get help. Now that's love & a very scary wake up call
Depends upon who and what your relationship is. If they do not listen to you, it will do no good to tell them. If they listen, ask them if they think they have a drug problem and listen to their answer. Then tell them that you believe that they do.
Generally speaking, this will do no good. The drug and habit will control their life. This is the reason that society attempt to control drug use.
The real problems (based upon lives damaged and numbers of people) are probably not street drugs but stuff pushed over the counter and picked up at a pharmacies.
Even if you love someone very much, only they can change their behavior and this can only happen if they want it to. If they do not see the problem, then for them, there is no problem.
