It sounds like pelvic inflamatory desease. It is an std. Go to your doctor and make sure that your partner goes to his. This could lead to infertility and all kinds of bad stuff. Get reated ASAP! Your health is at stake.

depends on the discharge color, and oder. If the discharge is a white looking color and clumpy it could be a yeast infection.

If it's a yellow color and has a fishy oder it could be a bacterial infection. that's most likely what it is because you have back and pelvic pain.
