How could I drop 70lbs quickly and safely?

Question:

Answers:
Ok lets get something out of the way now. it is unrealistic, un-natural, and unsafe to lose 70 lbs quickly unless you consider a year to be quickly. If you did happen to force your body to do that you wouldnt keep it off in the long term. Even if you did lose a pound a day your body will work twice as hard to make sure your weight loss stopped even making you gain weight.

Scientifically its this is what it is to lose a pound. Thats a 3500 calorie deficit over a period of time. Over a week thats 500 calorie a day deficit. The aver person has a metabolism of about 1600 - 2000 calories a day. A healthy person who works out 2-3 times a week, their metabolism is about 3100 calories a day FYI.

It is best when the body loses 2 lbs a week, so if you can keep up a good exercise regimen, and maintain a balanced healthy diet give yourself almost a year to lose 70 lbs.

Quick weight loss allegorical comparison..
If you are sick and in the hospital on an IV feeding tube you can lose a pound a day because your body will literally eat your muscle till you are not sick anymore.
would you really want to go through that just to be thinner?
Anything else you try that forces you to lose weight rapidly whether its a drug or diet treats your body the same way, meaning eating your muscle, which eventually will lead to joint and bone problems, problems with internal organs, and possibly heart problems.

Its not safe and its not worth it.

Remember what you really want is a lifestyle change. A lifestyle where a healthy diet and a balanced workout regimen that includes both cardio and resistance training. This in the long term will help you lose the weight and will help you keep it off.

Stay away from Carbs!
if you chose to stay away from carbs remember, that your body needs carbs to function properly, not only to have energy but to keep insulin under control, cutting out carbs and adding alot of protien (example atkins diet) is horrible for you people experience kidney failure from to much protien, when you do decide to add carbs again you run a higher risk of diabetes, think about it, if you deprive your body no or few carbs then add them again how is your body gonna adjust after long periods of time
Quickly and safely are contradictory, however, high protein diets are more likely to get you started quickly. Good luck.
