I had a small bump on my chest that inches and i scratched it and it turned dark and spreaded larger. what co

Question: more appeared and they all reacted the same way to my scratching them. It has been almost a year and the areas are dry and still inches a lot. i have use hydrocortison as well and other ointment and a combination of ointments with the crotisone.
please help
