Eat a healthy, balanced, and small meal five times a day. Cut out extra calories like soda and candy, and dont use the fake sugers light nutrisweet because they increase appitite. Excerise 4 or 5 times a week for at least half an hour. Dont be discouraged if you dont immediatly lose weight because youll be converting alot of fat into muscle. Ignore your scale, put it away, check weight at your doctors office when you go there for regular health check ups. Most of all listen to what your doctor will tell you.
Ok lets get something out of the way now. it is unrealistic, un-natural, and unsafe to lose a pound a day in the long term. Even if you did lose a pound a day your body will work twice as hard to make sure your weight loss stopped even making you gain weight.

Scientifically its tough to lose a pound a day. Thats a 3500 calorie deficit a day. Your metabolism (BMR) isnt even 3500 calories, (I know this because you are overweight and when you are overweight your metabolism slows down) so even if you didnt eat all day and did nothing else you couldnt lose a pound a day. A healthy person who works out 2-3 times a week, their metabolism is about 3100 calories a day FYI.

It is best when the body loses 2 lbs a week, so if you can keep up a good exercise regimen, and maintain a balanced healthy diet give yourself a year to lose 100 lbs.

If you are sick and in the hospital on an IV feeding tube you can lose a pound a day because your body will literally eat your muscle till you are not sick anymore, do you really want to go through that just to be thinner.
Anything else you try that forces you to lose a pound a day whether its a drug or diet treats your body the same way, meaning eating your muscle, which eventually will lead to joint and bone problems.

Its not safe and its not worth it.
