Moles don't grow larger unless it is cancerous. Laser surgery has its own risks, such as burning the skin or deeper. Also, moles are good indicators of skin cancer. If your moles start to look weird you know it's time to go to see a doctor.
If it's not so large you get weird looks from strangers in the street, I don't recommend you to remove it.

I have similar moles on my face.i would never remove them.they are my beauty marks. However, some moles can be pre cancerous and need to be removed. I had one removed from my lip last year. I think that as long as there is no threat with it, you should leave it. God gave it to you and its one of those things that makes you different. Be proud of it.
