how can i reduce my weigth,i feel too bad in my appearance.?

first, have a 6' o clock diet- meaning you should try not to eat after 6 pm
and eat light food and not wait for the main meal if you feel a little hungry eat crackers or fruits so you wont eat much during the three main meal time :)

exercise, and diet. Both are important, but exercising will speed up the process and when you are in shape you look and feel better and that will help keep the weight off longer.
