64oz a day of water is good, but how does one count other drinks?

Question:
It's generally said that it's healthy to drink eight 8oz glasses of water a day. However, how does one count other drinks? Is a glass of milk half water? How about juice, that seems to be mostly water?
Answers:
Normally, if you drink something that is not 100% water you wouldnt count it because the ingredients will affect your metabolic system by altering your hydration/dehydration levels. On top of that you are presurring your kidneys into more work when water just helps them. Unless its water, dont count it.

Other Answers:
Easy answer - don't include other drinks.
