You're "pretty underweight"? It seems gaining weight would be the only reliable way to regulate your period...being significantly underweight is definately what is making you irregular. First, get your weight up. Second, the evening primrose has been a GODSEND to me. My Ob/gyn added one vitamin E daily to that. The evening primrose is a plant estrogen, and she told me the vitamin E is also. Meantime, you won't have regular periods if you are very underweight. Talk to your doctor about this please.
