My mother used to have a huge problem with migraines and back pain. What I would have to do is give her a massage, starting at her feet them working up her legs and back. Then I would massage her shoulders and neck, and her scalp (especially around the ears). THEN I would finish running it out by rubbing her forehead. After that, I would massage her hands and arms for good meassure.
If that and a good OTC painkiller don't work, see a doctor.
Good luck!

Try putting your hands in hot water for a couple of minutes. Also try pinching the skin between your thumb and index finger.
Take some pain reliever.
A cold cloth on your forehead, turn out all of the lights and close the curtains and try to go to sleep.
Put heat on your head. A heating pad or something. Have a hot drink, like tea and hold the cup to your forehead while you enjoy drinking it. Have still, dark silence. Breath long and slow and deep.. Relax EVERYTHING. Deep tissue massage around the Supraspinatus and Infraspinatus plus between the scapulas. You could also have a food allergy reaction, I'm allergic to peanuts and this is a symptom.
Migraines the blood vessels in you re legs are constricted and the ones in yore upper body are dilated OK an old remedy is to put you re legs or feet's in hot watter and ice bags in you re neck and shoulders this will normalize the blood flow reliving the migraine other thing is Mate tea fever few vervain herb, hope this helps good luck
I'm sorry to hear that you have had such a prolonged migraine!
Have you gone to your MD yet? If not, that'd be a good first step.
Also, here's another possible avenue for you to explore:
Chiropractors help mobilize joints that aren't moving properly; they don't "crack" bones/joints. When joints (esp in the spine) aren't moving properly, they can impinge nerves and cause problems/pain.
I used to get migraines but when I started seeing a chiropractor for other issues, the migraines became fewer and farther between until then finally stopped. My migraine headaches ended up being related to how some vertebrae in my neck that weren't out of place and not moving properly.
Chiropractors will unlikely be able to 'cure' a migraine instantly but I think that going to see a reputable chiropractor is a good idea based upon your symptoms.
I really hope that you start to feel better soon!! Try a good Chiropractor.
