Are there any NATURAL remedies for constipation in a soy formula supplemented (8oz/ day) newborn?

This is an old remedy but it worked. Add 1 tablespoon of corn syrup to the whole 8 oz of formula. Do not use honey because it may contain staph spores that can be harmful under the age of 2 years. Good luck and I wish you well.
