If you use flower essences, what is your favorite brand?

I prefer Morningstar, I have used Bach in the past. Good results from both. Morningstar has helped me make many changes in my life.

Wow...that's some great info there. Was not aware of Morningstar, I'll have to keep that in mind...though I am aware of all the benifits that flowers and herbs do have on the body. And I love flowers. I enjoy gardening and have a beautiful yard to show off all my hard work in it. I enjoy my Lavendar bush and some of my roses scents probably the most. And take a lot of herbs and flower nutritional suppliments...Can you find them at a health food store?

I know that roses have something in them that's really good for you. I can't remember what at the moment, but my favourite essence is probably that of gardenia. It's such a lovely scent!
