as you probably know there is a severe and growing shortage of nurses and doctors in countries with the population demographic known as baby boomers eg the usa, canada, japan, germany, france, england etc. these countries will welcome you if you can pass the oral and writen tests. taking a history correctly is a biggie in the orals, as well as knowing the laymen terms for symtoms, conditions and treatments.
