hi everybody i know that i ask everyday something about ms. i am realy so sorry about it but i have to do search about it. i read somewhere about ms miracle breakthrough e book written by mark anatasi. is anybody read that book? does it realy help or he just wrote it for to earn money by cheating the people who needs help i thank u all again for all the answers u give thanks again and again

I wouldn't trust ANY "miracle cure" for any disease. I have been living with MS for many years, and have tried every "miracle cure" out there, I've read books, researched, etc. My disease has not stopped its progression. What works best for me is a sensible diet, and trying to not get stressed out. sensible diet is lots of fresh veggies, less fresh fruits, good lean meats, Omega-3's, and few carbs.

When I eat like that, I have more energy and feel good.
