ACUPUNCTURE dose it work?
Question:
Answers:
Acupuncture does work. I had arthritic pain in my hip and found relief from acupuncture after about 8 treatments. The pain never returned. However. It is important to know the reason for the pain. If you are not getting relief, I would suggest that you go to your primary care physician and ask him if he thinks an MRI is warranted. If your pain is being caused by a slipped disc, for instance, the acupuncture is not going to do any good. My other suggestion is to change your acupuncturist. They are not all the same and one may be able to help you more than another. I have found that a more effective type of acupuncture is Japanese acupuncture. The needles are thinner and the energy paths they use are different than Chinese acupuncture. Try typing in Japanese acupuncture practitioners in Google and see what you come up with. Good luck no matter what you do.
sure does
