Answers:
eat a lot of bread... preferrably wheat. sometimes our bodies have a hard time digesting white bread.

once, my dr. told me to try metamucil (sp.). even though it is suppose to help you become regular, it has the ability to provide "bulk" when having watery stools. hope that helps.

make sure you drink plenty of water, you can easily become dehydrated.

Go to http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/
and read the info about soluable fiber foods. You need to start eating these foods to feel better. It worked for me! The foods in the insoluable fiber list will make your IBS worse.
Try staring at your picture for awhile. It worked for me.
You're stuck with it for now. But this is caused by bad food, as is IBS. Don't eat ANYTHING with grain in it!
eat bananas, rice, applesauce and toast

its called the BRAT diet and it is great for diareha. The banana's especially but dont eat anything but those things for a while and it will help within a day or two. Sorry to hear you're so sick.
Stay away from the Rat Soup Dolomite.

On the real. You are gifted. Your butt hole is like a pee hole. So it's very entertaining every time you sit on the pot.
I know someone with this problem. Take extra strength immodium before you eat, and go see a doctor. They may be able to give you a prescription for something stronger. Eat more fiber too. It sounds like you don't get a whole lot of it.
pick up some wet wipes
