Whats a good brain supplement?


Question:
My brain tends to shut down at about four o'clock in the aftermoon, and when I say shut down, I mean it turns into complete cotton wool.

I hate drinking coffee and energy drinks because they're so bad for you, so does anyone know of any good supplements/foods that can help boost brain activity?

When I do go for an energy drink, I'd usually go for this one which has ginseng in it cause it seems to work the best, has anyone any experience taking ginseng as a supplement?

Take a high-potency vitamin with lotsa antioxidants and find a brain health supplement that contains as many of these brain health nutrients as possible: Acetyl-L Carnitine, DHA, Phosphatidylserine, Choline, Ginkgo Biloba, L-Glutamine, L-Pyroglutamic acid, L-Tyrosine. They really spark up the brain.

all opposite - to be up, without stimulators.


B Vitamins are a good source. Also RNA.
