Anyone taking NONI juice? What kind of results have you had?

Question:

Answers:
You might notice an outward benefit from Noni but you probably won't. Here's why: While noni (morinda citrifolia) is replete with vitamins and minerals and other phytonutrients, it doesn't have any in abundance. It does help with inflammation and research shows that in therapeutic doses it can help with a number of disorders but, in order to have a noticable event (i.e., some difference you'd obviously notice), you'd have to be very deficient in something or have a specific disorder.

I've noted in my practice that most people who drink Noni and other fruit specialty drinks usually don't fare any better than those who take a selection of green foods and antioxidant supplements. Some do, but very few.

If you're going to take Noni, look for it outside of MLM (network marketing) because the mark-up on the price is incredible (usually 7 to 10 times higher than normal market price).

If you are in search of good health, contact a nutritionists, a dietician, and M.H.P., or an N.D.

I don't know what that is but my Mom used to drink it and it did absolutely nothing for her.
I bought a couple of bottles to try. Can't say that I had a positive or negative experience. But I was taking it for it's antioxidant properties only.so who knows. However, Noni is also supposed to have some benefits for arthritis. While I have some arthritic problems, I can't say that I could see any difference with it.
Results from taking Noni Juice can vary widely depending on the nature of the ailment, the underlying nutritional deficiencies causing or exacerbating it and the potency of the Noni Juice you use to combat it.

From my experience I would guess that the negative answers to this question have been made my people using a substandard form of Noni Juice. Most of the large commercial Noni Juice companies on the market use a variety of shortcuts to keep costs down and profits high. Some shortcuts that reduce the nutrient load of the juice are obvious such as: reconstitution, making from concentrate and dilution with other juices or water. Some shortcuts are not obvious and are often cloaked in glitzy marketing language. For instance, the way a juice is pasteurized makes a TREMENDOUS difference as to the percentage of nutrients that survive. Most Noni Juice manufacturers use traditional pasteurizing methods that keep the juice heated to a high temperature for a long period of time. This method damages many of the delicate nutrients in Noni Juice.

There are certain ailments/conditions which a high quality Noni Juice almost always helps with: Arthritis, Diabetes and High Blood Pressure are the three I see the most often. Higher energy levels and greater immune system resistance to colds and flus are also very common.

Please don't allow a few negative words about someone's experience keep you from trying it yourself. I've seen Noni Juice dramatically improve people's health all over this continent.

Please don't hesitate to send questions. And good luck!
