How such doctors should be called?

Question: There is a term "esthetic surgery", which in its turn can be divided into plastic and therapeutic (mesotherapy, botex, etc.)surgery. In Russia the doctors who do the therapeutic surgery are usually dermatologists according to the diploma and have specialization in cosmetology. And as far as I know in the USA and the rest of Europe the doctors who have the right to do the therapeutic s-gy must be surgeons. Is there a comprehensible to all term for a doctor who responsible for therapeutic cosmetology? Doctors help!!
