My mom has Alzheimer's and my daughter told me that it really helps, from what she has read. There is something in it like THC (?) or something that can be prescribed from a pharmacy in capsule or tablet form.
When I asked the Dr. for it he said it is illegal for him to write such a prescription and that he would lose his license if he did so.
