Question:

Answers:
using your first 2 fingers of both hands, gently massage your temples (just behind your forehead) in circles (going up and backwards). It's a tension relieving activity that should help.

Also, close your eyes, taking deep breaths count slowly from 8 to 1 as you exhale.

Good luck!

Other Answers:
maybe too much pc use, the brain strain of the monitor.

There is a reflexology technique for getting rid of the headache. There is a web-like connection between your thumb and index finger. Massage in that web firmly. Do both hands. Drink water, as increasing blood volume decreases the pain. These methods seem to work pretty well if you are not doing the painkiller method. i dont know-sorry

well i have found sex to be a good remedy.

go to the doctor and get some samples of celebrex it works on everything from headaches to stomach cramps to feet swelling to everything that will do

I always heard that there are two pressure points on each side of your forehead and if you press there lightly while massaging it will help, depending on where the headache is located. There are also two pressure points at the nape of your neck. Good luck try Lavender essential oil and apply a drop on yr temples and neck the base of yr neck.

TAke a sinus pack either made of herbs or gel and put it on yr eyes so you dont see light and try to relax while you let the Lavender work its miracle on your system.

pressure points is another one, you press the neck pressure point to relieve headache.

Try neck stretches, hot showers, a heat pack on the neck, a cool cloth on the forehead, a nap, and another option is caffeine.

do deep breathing, and close ur one nostrils and breath from other and do vice versa it is effective

maybe u just needs to see a doctor that sounds bit serious.. Find the cause of the headache. It could be serious.Take 3 cal-mag tabs. For migraine do a course of omega-3 and vitamin e supplements all from GNLD.They are natural and complete human food chain sourced.
