Does anyone have Spinel Stenosis, and if so how does it affect you?

Question:

Answers:
Spinal stenosis occurs when the holes in your spine become smaller leaving less room for your spinal chord. This can occur where the nerves exit the spine, or in the spinal canal itself. The causes could be genetic, meaning that it was just the way you grew, or it could be caused by arthritis bone spurs, or some other object, such as a spinal disc, that is taking up room in the canal. It can be very painful if the pressure is affecting your nerves. It may also lead to organ or muscle problems, depending on how much pressure and where the pressure is located. Most often it requires surgery, depending on how bad it is affecting you. If it is caused by swelling, a disc bulge, or misaligned vertebrea, it is possible it will go away with some therapy.
