getting some sleep?
Question:
Answers:
I use Knock-Out, produced by Schiff (sold in many natural food outlets, drug stores and places like Walmart), a combination of melatonin, kava-kava and valerian. It works very well, but you do need to allow adequate time (7 to 8 hours) to sleep or you might feel groggy and sluggish.
I wouldn't use it on a regular basis though... Melatonin is produced in your body and if you take it too much it might affect your body's ability to make it or cause other problems.
