I think it works. I am a massage therapist and find that my clients benefit from receiving reflexology. Reflexology basically treats aches, pains, and ailments of the body through the feet. The nerves that run through our bodies end in our hands and feet, so if you have a stomach pain your reflexologist would concentrate on treating the area of the foot that represents the stomach!
I have also tried it myself and would recommend it to others.

I enjoy giving and receiving reflexology treatments. In my opinion they are extremely beneficial and do indeed "work". I have never got the treatment but I think it should work based on the principals
