if there is no aspirin ect. around and no way to get any how can i get rid of a headache?
Question:
Answers:
It depends upon what kind of headache you have. If you have a tension headache, (pain in the back of head, neck, etc.,) doing something relaxing will help. For headaches in general, you can eat ginger. There is a pressure point in your hand in the "web" between your thumb and forefinger. Pressing this point between the thumb and forefinger of your hand helps some people. If you have a migraine or cluster headache, caffiene can help. Feverfew helps some people too, so if you happen to have a plant in your yard, you can chew on a leave or two.

If you don't use any drugs, the only way to get rid of a headache is to rest a lot and eat just light until the headache goes away.

drink lots of water o dilute toxins..cold compresses on ur neck and forehead.and nap.my mom used to slice up potatoes and wrap 'em around my forehead..keeps ur forehead really chilly! I know this sounds weird for a headache, but you could try putting an ice pack on the back of your neck for 20 minutes. It should numb the nerves a little bit to relieve the pain. Good Luck!
perhaps you should drink some tea or some water or both, hot shower, meditate, stretch, and or sleep if you can.

When I start to get a headache the first thing I think of is how much water I have had and whether it has been too long since I ate. If neither of these is the problem then some moderate physical exercise often helps, since it will loosen and stretch the muscles. (If it isn't water or food then it is usually muscle tension.) Some pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, and you are good as new. tug on your hair, massage your scalp, lay in a dark quiet place, massage your neck and tug on and aroudn your ears a little. this is help increase the oxygen and blood circulation to your brain and it will help your headaches.
