why does she keep panicking?

Question: my sister wont go outside on her own she allways thinks she is going to pass out anyone else had this problem and what is the best medication to take.it is taking over her life as she is allways afraid something is going to happen to her.

She's developed agoraphobia. Drugs don't cure the problem they only "drug" the symptoms- along with drugging many other positive emotions, too.
Agoraphobia is, simply put, a subconscious bad habit you develop when under stress. A small part of the brain clicks over into "High Alert" and gets stuck in the fear mode. There is a way to get over that without the harmful side effects of drugs (which don't cure anything.) It's not a disease. It's not a disorder. It's not a "chemical imbalance". She's not "mental". There's nothing medically wrong with her!
