Anybody with skin diseases?

I think, and perhaps experience has proved it that worst pimples, rashes, internal diseases of the skin and system can be cured by drinking coconut water, definitely not in winter but in hot and humid summers. Anybody with more knowledge is welcome to share? thanks. anjum

you think if I drink coconut water, I won't have eczema anymore ? I'm not sure... I got eczema because of some allergies... how can coconut water help me ?
