Question:
im starting to get a few to many pimples on my face like 5 - 10 at any given time and they are really annoying, whats a good solution
pimple creams dry my skin out and when i stop using it my face explodes with pimples
thanks for the help

Answers:
Tea Tree Oil is a wonderful remedy for pimples. You just put a small dab of the oil over the pimple, and it will dry it up in no time at all.

To prevent pimples from occuring in the first place, rub a little Aloe Vera on your face every day. It is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and also helps improve the overall health of your skin. It's also wonderful for reducing the appearance of scars caused by prior acne or pimples because it is full of Vitamin E.

Other Answers:
Apply ice.
Or apply chana dal paste.make the paste of chana dal powder by adding water.

Best go see a dr before removing pimples, just in case they are not moles or something else that might not be able to be removed. crest toothpaste always worked wonders for me. :-)

a little known fact which is gross to many people but you can do the research yourself to verify it: facial creams almost all have an ingredient called urea in them, this is the same for your urine, if you take your first urine of the day and apply it to your skin it will clear up your face. Gross isn't it? Thank god I never had bad skin, even so, I can't say I would have tried it.

sage draws bacteria from beneath the skin

You may want to look at internal issues that may be causing this breakout. Perhaps using a detox for the system to allow it to purify would be a better answer than simply JUST applying a cream?
Not to say that using some external form wouldn't be helpful, but the inside affects the outside and the outside affects the inside you you might want to attack it from both sides?
For a good internal cleanse, check out www.rainforestsecrets.com and they have a detoxifying program that is easy to follow. They also have a skin regimine that may also be beneficial as it is all natural.

The other topical solution I would suggest is Bach Flower Essence "Crab Apple" for it's healing properties . check it out also.
