hi just wondering what the best herbal sleep aid you can get in uk? been using valerina but its about 50% effective, be especially grateful if its one you can use long term and if its one you have personal experience of thanks alot you guys are great x

I dont know much about sleeping aids, as I have only used one brand I dont tend to need them that much but the one I use is called Natrasleep from boots, an eyepatch (like you get on planes) and ear plugs!. Works very well and you dont get that groggy feeling that Ive heard of

I don't know if you can get it there but try Valarian Root it's natural and non habit forming

Find out from your local health food supplier/retailer. In Australia I drink 'goodnight'. Its great and all natural, and not that expensive. You might be able to get something similar. Good Luck.
