They don't "do" anything.but mostly they alter your bodies chemistry or block your brain from recieving o2 properly.fun times. Then they can cause isolation, insanity, going to jail, making your teeth fall out and homelessness. That's all I have to say.

Illeagal drugs simple fry your brain you end up in prison or you die alone in some gutter or kill some innocent child when you smash into thier car otherwise they would be legal drugs
The only illegal drug that I personally promote is Marijuana, AKA weed, mary jane, trees. To get weed simply walk up to a random person walking, that is the key, and ask if he/she has any bud. If they dont they probably know where to get it. The reason i say to find someone walking is because if it is a cop then you can probably talk your way out of it but cops I know dont walk around town. An ounce of "red/mexican" bud goes for $60. To get chronic which is the stuff that will make you really high goes for $100 for a quarter ounce. you can also just get a $5 sack. That is usally a joint, blunt or a couple bowls of your pipe, bong, or something with a couple of holes and some weed burning. All weed does is make you a little silly, tired, hungry, and not motivated. The effects of the drug usually last about 3 hours, depending on the amount smoked and the quality of the weed.
The other drugs that I discourage anyone from using more than once are Crystal Meth, Acid, Mushrooms, Heroine, and Exctasy.
There are a lot more than that but I really cant think of them.
You will destroy your brain and your liver's ability to filter your blood which will destroy you completely.
They get you really ******* high. They make you feel good. In my opinion, everything is good in moderation, don't get addicted to anything, and stay away from hard drungs. Remember: anything can kill you if you do too much of it.
They made me alot of $$$$$$$$$$.But had great and severe conseqences!! My freedom! Not saying they aint fun to do either!!
