Vitamins from veg & fruits and vitamin supplement?


Question:
I ever read some articles saying that if we want to have vitanins from veg & fruit, it's recommended to eat fresh ? some say veg & juice should not be leave on the table for more than 15 mins since vitamins would have gone?
if it's true, then another choice is vitamin supplement?
real veg & fruits are truely made in from of small tablets?
how to make sure that vitamin supplement is really from nature?
since the price of vitamin supplement is quite high in the market.

Answers:
Most of our fresh fruits and veggies have lost most of their vitamins, because we use an x-ray system to make them stay fresh looking longer, so they can stay on the store shelf longer. There is a fruit and veggie supplement than is made from organically grown fruits and veggies and is 100% natural and they give a 9-11 servings of each. If you eat fruits and veggies and fell as though you may get to much, don't worry, because the body knows how to get rid of what it does not need. You can not buy things like this OTC though, because they can not be regulated by government offices when they are 100% natural.
