Are there any ideas on how to fix a hormonal imbalance naturally(without prescriptions)?

Answers:
It really depends on how you are imbalanced. There are a number of plant-derived hormones that might be able to help (mostly what are called "phyto-estrogens"). These can be found in such plants as red clover, red raspberry leaf, nettle and soy.
You might try a daily regimine of red raspberrry leaf and nettle (in capsule or tincture), for a month or so, then get your hormone levels rechecked, in a low estrogen level is your problem. If it's not, then I'm sorry, I can't help, because it's outside my area of knowledge.
Best of luck!
You may want to start with a saliva test to see where the hormone levels are.
If you have less progesterone than estrogen, you are known as "estrogen dominant". This is what happens to women as they approach premenopause - the ovaries stop working as well as they once did, and progesterone is not made as readily.
You would benefit greatly from a natural progesterone cream, which will oppose the excess estrogen.
