I think my mom bought some kind of acid (salicylic maybe) from a beauty spa lady in Canada. You take a needle, kind of pick at the mole to make a little opening under it, and swab on the acid. It burned the mole right off, but be warned.it could get infected. Also, she did it professionally, we didn't do it at home. I don't think this stuff in sold in the U.S. though.

I would say that you should tie a string around it. When you do this you cut off the blood supply to the mole, it will fall off in a day or two. Make the string the same color as your skin and tie it tight. Cut the excess string, so no one will know, but you.I used black thread and it worked, it didn't ever bleed. You won't even feel it when it falls off.

Get some SILK thread from a fabric store. Tie it around the mole. It doesn't have to be real tight, just snug enough to hold it in place. The silk thread will tighten slowly around the mole cutting off the blood supply. This does not hurt and one day the mole just falls off. This method does not work with any thread except silk. It can't hurt to give it a try. I have done this many times and it works

acids lasar and cryo are wrong.
most often the above methods are not adequate and parts of the mole may still be remaining in the dermis. causing a condition known as pseudo-melanoma. (a false melanocarcinoma=skin cancer) Then not even the best pathologist can be sure if it is melignant or not.
so if u want to get rid of a mole make sure it is removed as whole. and the only way you can achieve this is by surgery
