does 'dextromethorph. = dxm?

im curious if this vicks 44 is the stuff people talk about when they do 'dxm' and how much a person would need to take? this is all theoretical of course

back when I was younger, it was called "Robotrippin"..
It is really a stupid thing to do, I did it one time when I was in high school and I found it to be stupid..
all it does is make you sick and hallucinate from overdosing..
Later on in life, I was a supervisor and had a 20 year old employee show up at work from doing it..
He was talking to the wall and just out of control, when I asked hm what he did, he admitted to drinking 3 bottles of cold medicine he bought at a Dollar General store earlier in the day..
He had to be taken out by ambulance, ended up in a coma..

So, I just do not recommend it for a good time, unless you enjoy the poison control center..

It all depends on your body weight and what you are on. If you are on any SSRI or MAOI's I suggest you steer clear from doing any form of dxm because you can overdose or get Serotonin Syndrome
