nutritional yeast?
Question:
The catch is: I am allergic to yeast. However this is deactivated. will it affect me.
help please!
Answers:
Since you've got an allergy to yeast I'd say have your doctor test you to see if this "deactivated" affects you. That way if you do have a bad reaction the medics are right there!
Just a guess but I'd think you would react to it since allergies are normally caused by sensitivity to proteins (which are present whether the yeast is active or inactive).
