what can be the worst thing that can happen if in fact you would have a hole in your nose? is there danger or life threating effects that need to be addressed. could one live with that hole or will it deform or collapse the nose.the more knowledge would be appreciated.and it would be nice not to have smart-*** answers.

cheak the tribal ppl in south america, india africa and sout east asia.
all of them have got an open window in between the nasal bores.
nothing happens to them so why should one worry about side effect of coke?
and even if the nose collapses its ok. nobody had died of it.
it can be fixed.

I think the bigger danger is the longterm damage done to the brain. I'm trying to remember what I learned in psychopharmacology. drawing a blank. The biggest problems my clients seem to have is severe repeated nose bleeds, but yes your septum can collapse. You should speak to a ear nose and throat dr, there may be some way to repair some of the damage.
