you cant say no to hair from anywhere else, or else its just like refusing to take the test, but they can take hair from anywhere on your body, period. and if you do manage to wax yourself and become completly hairless they can still check your skin and blood, your best bet would be to lay off whtever it is your doing for a few weeks

Why do they want to do a hair follicle test? My guess is that you have been doing something you shouldn't have, or there would be no reason to worry about it.

If you have agreed to a folicle test, and you have it sounds like, they have the right to take the hair from anywhere in your body. And this does included pubes, underarm, or *** hair. If you fail to provide it you will have to wait until your hair grows to the required length to test from.

If you didn't shave all, and I mean ALL of the hair on your body, then yes. Underarm hair, and pubic hair can be used too. Check with your company, maybe they only go back 90 days or 6 months when they do the test. If you say no, then it may mean you are out of a job, or whatever else, they are requiring a drug test for.

But if your a major suspect, like if thay got any actual primary evedince on you, they can get a court order to make you give them that DNA. if they wanna take your hair though they have to pretty much move heaven and earth. just law low but if your worried about them getting your DNA to put something on you you should be sweet they would have got a sample by now, unless you havn't been arrested yet, then you should wax your whole body and bribe a doctor into writing a medical that states you have a rare disease where you dont grow hair.
