Help getting rid of visceral fat?

Question:
I've dieted. I've exercised. I've lost inches. My arms and legs are toned and you can see the muscles in them but I still have some belly fat. I've heard the deeper visceral fat is the hardest to lose. Are there any alternative health techniques to help here? Maybe some herbs or supplements that help one tap into that belly fat and burn it off?

Answers:
Obviously someone doesn't know what visceral means! No tummy tuck is going to do a thing for visceral fat!!!!!

I hate to break it to you but the answer is exercise, exercise and exercise some more! They've done studies and only exercise gets rid of visceral fat. See:

It's better to do exercise that raises your heart rate and that you can do for a long time (e.g. walking) according to some sites:

There's no magic pill. If you can maintain your wieght, and not yo-yo. then a tummy tuck is the answer for you. If you constantly yo-yo your wieght, a tummy tuck is not the best option. Talk to your doctor or a plastic surgeon, it's actually more affordable than you think!
