Hi! u say its the best medicine, im a medical student so i would look at it in the regard and what i find it its true how u may say. Simple a doctor always tries to make his patient happy and we doctors say to the patient "Think Smart and u will be Smart" that means to make them happy if a patient or person whose suffering from any kind of disease may it be cancer if he thinks or stays happy he will get cured faster and if u stay happy and try to be optimistic then a person/patient will cure faster then a sad and a pisimistic patient whose on the best medication and best hospital.
Summing up my case is by telling u this that when they say laughter is the best medicine that dont mean jst laughing they mean by being happy !
