Oil of Oregano for Hidradenitis Suppurativa?

Question: Does any one know if oil of oregano will help with the Hidradenitis? Any other suplements or treatments would be very helpful. I have had this condition for over 13 years now and was just recently diagnosed properly. After my last surgery in April I lost my job, I really dont want to have to go through this again. Please help.
