What can you tell me about colonics? Ever had one yourself?
What can I expect. Is there anything I can do before, during or after to make them more effective? Like I need to start taking acidolphilus, right? And drink plenty of water? How much do they cost? How often to you need to go?
Is it ok to take Sam-e and St. John's Wort at the same time?

Doesn't sound like something I'd like; but I know quite a few people who swear by them. Everybody that I've talked with that's tried it said they received benefit from it. Most have done it more than once. I prefer to do an herbal cleanse. I'm sure it's not as effective, but I'm happy with it. Nobody's really gone into details with me (Thank God!).
